We are a language institute in East of Kailash, New Delhi, offering a variety of Hindi and Urdu language courses for those who live in the Delhi region, and the same courses online for students anywhere in the world. Learn to Read and Write Urdu… for FREE!

Zabaan offers a four-week Urdu Script course for FREE Sunday and Wednesday evenings. We realize that there are a lot of people who know Hindi and Urdu but do not know how to read and write Urdu, and so, we would like to teach this easy-to-learn script for FREE.

The next free course will start on Sunday, 29 August at 6:30 p.m. and will meet the following three Sundays. We’ll have another new batch beginning on Wednesday, 01 September at 6:30 p.m., which will meet the following three Wednesdays. If you are interested in enrolling in either batch, please send us an e-mail at learn@zabaan.com.

Once you have completed this course, you may choose to sign-up for our Urdu Reading and Writing class to reinforce your Urdu reading and writing skills with guided instruction.

Note: Please bear in mind that while this class is being taught for free, the instructor will nonetheless give it his 100% teaching effort. Before registering, please make sure that you’ll be available for the 4 consecutive Sunday (or Wednesday) evenings. This free course is not offered online so please refer to our Online Instruction page if you would like to learn the Urdu script but are not in Delhi.

Private and Public Group Hindi & Urdu language courses are available in Delhi to students of all levels. Classes are held at Zabaan in East of Kailash.

If you’re interested in Private (one-on-one) Instruction, this is what you can take: Hindi Script, Hindi Reading, Urdu Script, Urdu Reading, Basic Hindi, Basic Urdu, Intermediate Hindi, Intermediate Urdu, Advanced Hindi, and Advanced Urdu. No matter what your focus is, your Private Instruction will be specifically tailored to meet your language goals.

Zabaan Opens its Doors in New Delhi!

After more than 7 years in Chicago and Seattle in the United States, Zabaan has opened a fully-equipped teaching center in New Delhi. Zabaan takes pride in its success over the years and is excited to be teaching students of all levels of Hindi & Urdu in India.

With its new website, teaching center, and a staff of experienced, fully committed language instructors, Zabaan is able to meet the high demand for quality Hindi & Urdu language instruction.
